What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in metals recovery, such as scrap, ferrous/non-ferrous, slag, and ash
  • A proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth with direct end users, key accounts, and industry partners

Your Role:

  • Champion the SPALECK USA brand and product line within your territory, with the goal of expanding market share
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to customer needs and market trends
  • Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and lead negotiations to close deals
  • Represent SPALECK USA at industry exhibitions and conferences, enhancing our market presence
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing your budget
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and collaborate closely with your team
  • Provide market feedback to the Product Management Team to support continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on business development within the metals recovery industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the screening, separation, shredding, and recycling industries
  • Excellent applications and technical background in metals recovery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Self-starter with excellent time and territory management capabilities
  • Willingness to travel, both regionally and long-distance
  • Location flexible
