As a future IT specialist for system integration at SPALECK, you’ll ensure that all of our IT hardware remains stable and secure. With us, theory becomes practice: You’ll design system solutions, set up networks, and keep our digital world running smoothly.
As a trainee IT specialist for system integration, you will plan and install IT solutions and operating systems and ensure their smooth operation. You will maintain an overview of our entire IT landscape and become an expert in modern system solutions. Throughout your training, you’ll support our teams with application and system issues and ensure that our IT processes function reliably and securely at all times.
Here’s what you can expect during your training
During your three-year apprenticeship at SPALECK in Bocholt, you’ll learn how to install and securely configure state-of-the-art hardware components, operating systems, and complex networks. Your daily tasks will include proactively monitoring our system infrastructure and systematically troubleshooting issues. In the event of system issues or user questions, you’ll be the go-to expert: You’ll advise our teams across the entire company and ensure that our technical infrastructure runs smoothly at all times.

We involve you in real projects at an early stage. This could be setting up a new WLAN network in an assembly hall or evaluating and introducing new backup software. We trust you to lead your own sub-projects to success independently.
Yes, you are the technological problem solver for the entire team. If a system hangs up or new software is rolled out, you are the person to contact. You not only learn the technology, but also how to explain complex IT topics in an understandable way.
Absolutely. Cyber security is vital for an industrial company like Spaleck. You will learn how to administer firewalls, set up VPN tunnels for secure mobile working and protect our systems against external attacks.
From high-performance servers and complex network switches to equipping modern CAD workstations for our design engineers. You will learn not only how to set up hardware, but also how to configure it optimally.
