On March 2, the SPALECK Health Center opened its doors to the German Red Cross (DRK) blood donation service for the 15th time. The fact that this event has now become a regular fixture on our calendar was once again evident from the more than 60 participants, among whom we were pleased to welcome six first-time donors.
A Strong Community in the Neighborhood
We were especially pleased with the participation from our immediate neighborhood this time around: We also invited colleagues from nearby companies to donate!
Since the event was organized right here on our premises, it was once again easy to incorporate the donation into our daily work routine. To refuel afterward, a selection of rolls, sausages, cakes, and drinks was provided for all volunteers and donors.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in this important effort, as well as to the German Red Cross (DRK) team for their professional organization on site.

After the donation is before the donation: The next date has already been set. On September 16, it’s time to “roll up our sleeves” again. We’re counting on your support once again and hope to get the neighborhood excited about it all over again!
